My anxiety is through the roof right now

Nothings changed for the past year. I'm on meds I'm on therapy. My new therapist said things aren't working, just like my old one used to say. What's the point?

I broke up with my gf, she's so much better than me, she'll have a great life. I will end mine. My poor mom she's been through so much.

I can't fucking breathe, I can't focus I can't do anything. I'm suffering 24/7. I can't do this anymore.

I can't do this anymore. I'm getting wrinkles on my face. I'm developing grey hairs where I didn't have none. Every day is a battle, every single one of them. I can't keep going. My day is approaching.
