My life has gone to shit because of my selfish ignorant npd parents. I want to leave a note accusing them of murder before I Ctb. Because that's what it is. I wonder if I will get them in trouble with this.

Like legal trouble? Likely not. The problem with bpd is there is almost no remorse. I totally understand your anger but ppl with npd will just reflect the blame on you. If it helps you feel a bit better why not. But it prolly wont have the impact you are looking for on them. Sorry you are feeling this bad.
