motilium sn

Hello everyone
i would like to use domperidone and sn for ctb but i don't understand anything about domperidone and sn should i take the sn for 3 days or can i do gwn stat dose with 30mg and 80mg nexium? i read so much about motilium that i can't help it anymore plss

This FAQ is incredibly useful. You might find in there that stat domperidone is the same as meto. As per 48 hr, there is additional info, apparently.

Stat dose (60 minutes before SN intake)
3 x 10 mg domperidone

or

Ahead regimen (48 hours before SN ingestion)
10 mg domperidone every 8 hours (ie 3 times a day) from 48 hours in advance

or

The Dutch way
1 tablet (= 10 mg) on
timings 12 hours, 6 hours and 1 hour before drinking SN.

You can choose what you feel most comfortable with.
