Absolutely not! Paracetamol is a non-method and should not be attempted. It has a probability of ~5% or less of killing you. If you succeed, odds are it will be slowly over the course of days to weeks, or even months, as your liver slowly shuts down. This would be an excruciatingly painful death.Go hiking in Alaskan wilderness and deliberately get lost.
Pretend to trip and stumble off the train platform into the path of a train.
Tell people you have such a bad headache you're going to double up on painkillers then take a lethal dose of paracetamol.
I can't think of any peaceful or painless methods. If you can persuade someone to help you exit bag with Nitrogen it's undetectable if all the apparatus is removed after you ctb, but if foul play was suspected that person would be risking a murder charge.
That sucks to hear, ive always idealized Chris McCandlessAbsolutely not! Paracetamol is a non-method and should not be attempted. It has a probability of ~5% or less of killing you. There a various reports by survivors who give first-hand experience and do NOT recommend it:
- what happens if you take 40g of paracetamol - story
- What is the dumbest way you ever tried to ctb?
Please have a look at the non-method thread I liked above. Things can go terribly wrong and may cause trauma and even more damage.
I did say it wasn't painless. 40g is pretty low dose though. Does death rate increases at higher doses? But anyone considering it should definitely read those links and do research.Absolutely not!
