If you are not 100 percent certain, it is generally advisable to wait until the crisis dissipates and revisit later. Most individuals who commit suicide and survive report that they regretted it afterwards. Thanks for all your kind words.

Still here. I wasn't having a crisis nor emotionally dysregulated; I just wanted to get out but also needed to evaluate the rashness of its quickening. I thought about my brother, and I value a favorable AP testing mindset for him more than I value one or two less weeks of suffering. Yesterday was still very fruitful, though, since now I know there's nothing stopping me after his testing.
