Help Metopimazine vs metoclopramide

Heyo,

Needed advice with some meds I've bought recently.
It's tough getting antiemetics OTC but managed with a metopimazine instead of metoclopramide.
Just wondering if that's gonna be strong enough - there's 8 tabs total

Looked it up and it said it's a little less effective. Just wondering about dosage now and if it will matter much when ctb.
