I got mine after I had surgery. I said I was getting extreme nausea from the painkillers and that all the other stuff wasn't working. Try telling your doc it's not working and you need something stronger. Also, you can get whatever you want with a prescription in mexico. If you know anyone taking a sunny holiday there, ask them to pick you some up
