• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Can you use an antipsychotic (Risperdal-part of my nightly p.m. regimen) plus metoclopramide? To keep SN down. I know these two together are medically discouraged but I'm so afraid of throwing up want to use both. Probably use meto a.m. Really scared about taking meto. Already had tardive dyskinesia over a decade ago. Literally got glasses with silicone around them and straws in case I start to jerk around involuntarily. But if I fail with SN I will forever blame not taking meto if I don't. I can't just do a trial run with meto because of the interactions. And I don't think risperidone will be enough to keep it down because I vurp sometimes already and if put on too strong eye glass prescription get nauseous. Sometimes stomach hurts already from stress. I got the meto from India with no prescription. Says Cigna brand.
