Currently in mental health unit on 2:1 and looking for ways to CTB or really hurt myself. Can't ligature anymore or use toilet paper (although tips on how much you're meant to use would be great), not eating as it is and thinking of stopping drinking too. Any other suggestions?

I would not try killing yourself in a hospital, they are required to do fifteen minute checks and it will likely make it worse for you if you do so. It seems tough now likely with your circumstances, but you will have the rest of your life to leave if you wish. Try to do what they say for now. I doubt you have the time to read this since it's a hospital setting, but here's a guide on the mental health system in regards to suicide and being inpatient.
