Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

For personal reasons, I'm looking for a method that has a high chance of success after attempted, but gives me enough time to have second thoughts and regret it. A couple of days may be enough. I want it to kill me anyway, so I don't want something that can be stopped after it's done.
I was thinking about paracetamol, but after doing a quick search here, I found out there's a pretty high chance it won't work.
What do you guys suggest?

Yeah, I might ask for what the personal reasons are in a dm because otherwise it just seems like you're unsure of whether you want to ctb at all. And if you're unsure, I would HIGHLY advise against ctb at all. As per your question, imo you're asking for something that I don't think really exists. Most suicide attempts are started with the goal of ending ones life, that is going to do some damage to your body. That damage is meant to be quick but can take a while (paracetamol). Any attempt with OD/poisoning will cause damage to your body which you will regret if you change your mind. The longer it takes, the less effective it is. Any OD or poisoning that takes days for you to ctb will have you writhing such that you will most likely change your mind from the sheer pain.

Honest to god, VESD might be your best bet (it does take days, provide you a way of changing your mind).

Also the phrase "don't want something that can be stopped after it's done" has me confused. As in something that cannot be stopped once you have attempted it (swallowed pills) or something that will cause death beyond a certain point of no return (waiting for that paracetamol for a day or two)?

I don't want to simply ctb. I want to feel the utmost despair before that. Not only it would make me feel like I'm fulfilling my role in life but it would also send a message to the people close to me after years of abuse. I'm not unsure about anything.

As for your last question, I was referring to death caused after a certain point of no return

How about inhalation of helium whilst securing a plastic bag over the head, causing death by hypoxia? This is apparently painless, except for the likely emotional toll caused by deciding to do this.
