i've been searching for SN everywhere but it seems very hard to find. i'm from lithuania. could anyone help me with a link or something? i dont have a budget or anything i just want something that will work
if i cant find SN, i think ill try to ctb by hanging. partial hanging scares me because it seems very inefficient. fully hanging myself in a forest seems like a more efficient way to go.
out of these three methods, which one would be the most effective and easy to do? i'm not that smart so i just don't get how to do partial hanging even though i have a good place to do it from
