Do you think tying a belt with bags of beans tied tightly on both sides of my neck be secure enough to stop my breathing? Any quick methods that can be recommended. Something I can do at home in under 20 minutes of a total process. Preferably as painless as possible

I think bean bags are meant to cut the blood supply rather than air supply, you don't want to CTB by cutting your air supply. Suffocation is a kind of suffering, that's why waterboarding is torture and short hanging in execution is used for retribution.
