Venting Man, this empty feeling is brutal

Im just sitting on the side of my bed with my feet on the floor, in the same clothes that i've worn for 4 days straight now and i feel paralysed. Just sitting here, theres nowhere for me to go and nothing for me to do. What the hell am i doing here, is all i can ask myself.

Maybe a shower will do me some good.

honestly, I miss the feeling of emptiness.

I used to believe that nothing was worse than this feeling but now that I'm also physically sick (long term withdrawal symptoms and damaged brain from overuse of benzos), I understand that things will always get worse and worse.

There's no limit to how ugly things can (and eventually will) get.

I hear you. The weird thing is that I feel this disconnect with soo many people like they are just completely unaware. I guess ignorance is bliss.

Not the even begin the abuse of benzos and alcohol on a daily basis.. just to forget the last few days, weeks, months (hope not the last) in this garbage reality that people think have some meaning. It's all theater! Most of us are just to aware we are actor's in it. The other are not..

I relate so much, I took the feeling of emptiness for granted, I'd rather feel empty than to feel excruciating sadness, stress and self loathing
