Doug Stanhope is my favorite comedian and he did this off the top of his head. He and Louis CK have a few great bits on suicide in their stand-ups too.

When I think about my own situation, I think there are things I still want, which is maybe why I haven't gone through with it yet.

His suicide bit is one of my favorites. You can tell he's really had those thoughts

To paraphrase from memory, suicide, he's 40, he's got two kids...you know he's at least flipped through the brochure a few times!
Damn, it got taken down by YouTube, no doubt for copyright reasons.
