someone with a burner account emailed my job (a business I've been around for since the beginning) cropped & edited screenshots from 11 years ago that ended up getting me fired even after giving my own context & full unedited screenshots. was told this was going to stay between myself, management, & the third party HR person. that turned out to be false as the manager spread rumors about me amongst the staff, & that's spread through my industry in the city I love. I can't get work anywhere now, I feel alone, & i've already have been suffering from suicidal ideation for years now before this.
After a rough couple of years where I dealt with a long term breakup, & 3 cross country moves where i've restarted my life I feel completely drained & hopeless. I have a glock & have had the barrel in my mouth multiple times. only thing that's kept me from squeezing the trigger was worrying about my cat & my family but I also don't want to live & suffer through this just to keep others happy. idk what to do i've just spent the last two nights smoking cigarettes on my roof & self harming with them.
