• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

For the longest time I've been a somewhat functional depressive, or so I've been told. However I have noticed that recently I am losing that functionality. I've been doing dxm for about a year now and I'm becoming significantly dependent on it and now other substances. I am delaying the inevitable. Is it better to fight this fall or just let it win?

What does losing functionality look for like for you? House a mess, not performing well at the job, that sort of thing?

more isolated, less able to get out of bed, more dependent on substance, more irrational, paranoid, anxious, quick to anger, the sorts.

it takes longer for me to get basic tasks done too

i have tried to quit dxm but it is just too easily to get just off the shelf and it is the only thing that can stop the regular panic attacks.
many alcoholics and drug addicts feel the same way, and that they can't quit. you don't have to be sober to go to a meeting.

Ime prolonged dxm use can exacerbate my mental health issues. No judgement if you don't wanna quit, but finding a temporary alternative and taking breaks might help you feel better.
