I'm new here although I've been planning my suicide for a while and I think partial may be the only viable option.

Sn, F and N are pretty much off the table due to where I live and I don't have the guts to jump.

I've been practising hanging all day yesterday and I finally got to the point where I started passing out although for me it takes closer to 20 seconds rather than a few so is there not enough pressure?

I didn't wanna do it at home but ironically enough I can guarantee that no one would check on me here.

It feels nice being able to put my thoughts and plans down here without getting in trouble or being given the whole "it'll get better" spiel.

I hope you can find peace. One thing about partial is that, though it works sometimes, this is a method that does fail a lot- people stand up in the middle of it even after they pass out. You may want to search on this site by "partial", but I thnk you need to posts more before the search feature works. I hope you can find peace, but this is a method that seems to fail to work a lot more often than it works- based on SI- survival instinct- the body stands up oftentimes even after you pass out. I hope you can find peace somehow.

i too find partial a good option, especially if you have some drugs to calm you and your pain level down. Also, hanging is kind of a classic, so many people around the world in all times escaped some dreadful situations using this method.

Hanging does sound like one of the more easily accessible methods which is why many people have likely chosen to ctb this way. I envy those with the courage for this method, I personally would fear it going wrong in some way which is why I have never attempted before. Jumping is terrifying to me as well. It's just frustrating how we live in a world where ctb is so difficult. I wish you the best.

I feel you. I don't think SN would be obtainable for me considering where I live. As a result, I've been fantasising about and planning exiting through partial. I don't see any other option.
