I found that product. It says 99,89% purity and NaNo2 is correct. There is another product (D....Y), made in the USA, but it doesn´t say anything about the purity and no formula is mentioned.

I bought the same stuff a month ago & did a blood test last night & it turned my blood dark brown/black so i would say that its legit. I was going to get pool test strips to test it but after the blood test i am happy with what i seen from that based on what i read on here from other posts
AquaCh*K nitrate/nitrite test strips. they are available at basically any place that sells pool stuff. A quick google search for pool test strips will give you several places to get them. You should see which ones im talking about fairly easy & then be able to go to your local store to pick them up.
