Hi. I'm in the UK and I want to gather all of the necessary materials and knowledge for the SN method. I'm sure all of the necessary information has been posted on this forum before, but I'd like to ask some questions in my own thread to help clarify everything (without me having to dig through many pages of previous threads).
1) Obtaining the SN itself seems like the easiest part. Right now I believe I will be buying 99.5% SN from APC Pure who seem like a reputable company. Is this fine?
The PPeH recommends taking 15 grams of SN, so that is what I assume I'll take. However, the PPeH does not specify any variations based on body weight. I am about 5'6" and about 120 pounds. Based on that, should I vary the amount of SN to take, or is 15g fine?
2) The second necessary item is metoclopramide (anti-emetic) and this is harder to get. It seems that the commonly recommended meto tablet is Primperan. This cannot be bought over the counter in the UK, but it seems that there is a reputable Greek seller on eBay who people in the UK have had success with.
Is this fine to purchase or are there any other preferred options, like a different meto brand in the UK that I'm not aware of? Also, does anyone know of legal risks when importing Primperan from Greece and does anyone know of customs seizure risks? The PPeH recommends a single 3 x 10mg dose, 30 minutes before taking the SN. However, I've heard conflicting reports on this, such as some people saying that a regimen over a number of days is better. What's the current consensus on this?
3) The PPeH also recommends taking a cimetidine pill (acid reducer) 30 minutes before the SN. Specifically, they give the example of Tagamet 800mg. Tagamet cannot be bought over the counter in the UK, but there is a reputable eBay seller from the US who sells Tagamet 200mg tablets
Is there a good UK alternative to Tagamet or is Tagamet my best bet? Also, there are no Tagamet 800mg tablets sold on eBay (as recommended in the PPeH), but only the 200mg tablets instead. Therefore, if I get the 200mg Tagamet tablets, should I take 4 of them? Also, is it fine to take the tablets 30 minutes before the SN (as recommended in the PPeH), or do people recommend a different time frame? Is it fine to take the Tagamet directly before/after the meto?
4) I have money to book a hotel to take the SN. Does anyone have recomnendations for the type of hotel to book, the amount of nights to book, the best time of day to take the SN, or anything further? Also, should I make any diet changes before taking the SN and the accompanying pills?
I think that covers everything. Feel free to give any advice you have, even if it does not directly relate to one of my questions. I have the money for N and I have considered it, but the process of getting it from A appears significantly more risky and worrisome. Thank you so much for reading and for any help/advice.
