Loneliness and paranoia

Unbelievably lonely. Lost two close friends in the past few weeks and my boyfriend has left me because I was unhappy about him going away on holiday with another girl.

miss just having someone to chat with or text if I see something funny or need someone to chat too. I like being alone most of the time but it would be nice just to have a chat with someone every now and again.

everyone I do seem to talk to even assistants in shops seems to be short with me and just can't wait to get rid of me. I feel like all I do is get in the way and irritate everyone. I say and do the wrong thing constantly. Cannot wait to be gone.

Yeah, I think that was one of the roughest transitions to go through after I split with my partner. Just seeing something funny or interesting that I would reflexively share with them and realizing we're not on that level anymore. The disruption in the routine really gets to you.
