Ethylene Glycol will completely destroy kidney function
That's antifreeze...drinking that will do a lot more than just destroy the kidneys. Probably very painful, I don't recommend it.

With the right medication or chemical substances, it's probably pretty easy.
However, I would recommend you to properly inform yourself about it, even if you would get a seemingly appropriate answer here.
propylene glycol is also used in antifreeze but is slightly less toxic than ethylene glycol I think
Can I ask what exactly is wrong with your kidneys?

Renal failure is very painful by itself, and I would definitely not recommend it either. But Ethylene Glycol will speed up kidney failure. Plus pure ethylene glycol is actually very sweet, that is why bitterants are added to discourage people from drinking itSimilar threads
