So I just thanked my best friend of over a decade for being my friend and said thank you for all the great memories we made over the years just in case we won't see again. Either my eating disorder will kill me or I will do it myself (I'm really scared of both options, dying from an ED can take weeks or months, and suicide is just scary in general) The third option is recovery but it's looking quite unlikely at the moment.

What did they say, if you would want to share? Do they know that you may ctb? I know you may not want to share this, that's ok.
