Because it's brutal, puts those traveling at risk, and si is gonna hit you pretty strong when you're waiting for a train to decapitate you

People have done it before, I've seen vids of it, but there's a bunch of factors at play. The train could brake last moment, someone could pull you away, all that stuff. Unless you're in an area with literally nobody around, someone's probably gonna do something about it.

I guess, but doesn't the efficiency kinda outweigh those negatives? Like at least you aren't solving riddles to find SN sources and having to get prescriptions to various other medications and having to hide it all from friends and family.

I would be afraid something would happen to not make it a clean hit and then have to endure interminable pain for what would seem like forever and possibly survive in pain and major injury.

You could get nervous and move at the last minute. The train might hit you exactly right to push you rather than run over you. You could get dragged instead of cut. Train could slow down just enough to do this.

Even the old guillotine or axe-man executioner sometimes didn't cut the head clean off with one stroke... so while it might have a high rate of success, it also has a potential horrible downside. I know how my luck runs, it's why my life sucks and hurts so hard... it's the same reason I don't want to hang or jump off a building. Enough people survive to horrible results that even if it isn't likely, I'm afraid I'd be one of those statistical oddities that would survive in major pain.

That's why I'm planning CO. Should have very high rate of success and less likelihood of me surviving in pain. If done correctly. And unlike a train, I control all the variables in my CO scenario.

If you can get past the si and brutality it's all you, I could never. I am so certain id get up that I won't even go out there and consider it a viable method.

CO is a very interesting method. I think there's too big of a window for you to be out of your room and it's way too obvious to where I can't do it because I feel like I'd get caught. Thank you for entertaining my thoughts and good luck with CO method!

You're welcome. In my case, I have a house with a garage and separation from neighbor's houses. I live alone. So I can go in my car inside of my garage and nobody will know there is a chainsaw going inside of the car. I can let it run in that small enclosed space for a few minutes to build up, so I shouldn't have to sit in there very long before I will be gone. I feel blessed that I stumbled onto this solution by reading other posts on this forum. Otherwise I was in a pickle trying to figure out how to go.

I have thought a lot about that,too. There seems to be something at the front of many trains that makes it seem that it could end up less 'fast and painless' as hoped for. :(
