Labels are just symbols written on the packaging, it doesn't say much about what's inside. You need to look at the sn, it should have a light yellowish tint, small crystals like sugar and be a bit clumpy/crumbly. And indeed, blood testing it is a must.

But if you take the Sn and it's not legit there shouldn't be an issue

Why would you take SN that isn't legit if you want to ctb?

I think they mean that if it's fake then no harm done. I don't know if impure SN would cause any lasting harm to the body, but at the very least it would probably be a painful experience.

I know what they mean. I just don't get why someone would risk ingesting impure SN & putting themselves through a traumatic experience for nothing

Well i'm personally planning to ctb pretty soon but to make it happen i need to prepare lots of stuff i'm not planning to go back home alive so if i don't actually die i'll be in deep shit for many reasons. This isn't a game, i'm not gambling, so testing purity is literally the least i can do here.

Ditto, & not have tools/pipettes etc for the water test method. V convoluted.
