Hello! I was thinking about using jumping for my ctb method but I don't know much about it. If anybody could answer these questions or provide more info that would be great, thanks!

1. How high up would I need to be and is there a way to guess how high up someplace is?

2. What's the best way to jump/fall?

3. Are there any other things that would increase/decrease the likelihood of me dying from it?

Thanks! :)

I've seen a bunch of videos of people jumping and so far i think 20 stories should be a safe height to ensure death. People died from lower falls though. It seems to me it depends on the surface you land on. Concrete is the best obviously and normal earth or grass one of the worst. Not sure about how high the fall needs to be to make water as hard as concrete. The best way is difficult to say because you are going to spin out of control unless you are an avid sky diver and can control your body. I would also prevent people seeing it and your body afterwards because while not that messy your bones will very likely poke through your skin in places depending on how you land.

I think i heard somewhere that after 6th story the lethality of a fall drastically increases (or it was 8th story - don t remember)... I guess it s prob related to the thing where your falling speed increases but only up to a certain point, not infinitely. So maybe higher than 6th stories doesn't really make that much of a difference in terms of impact. You also have to think about the terror you experience while falling - the longer you fall, the longer you are aware of it.
Your fall speed also depends on air resistance, I guess if you take a diving position with head down and arms around your torso to minimize air resistance you fly the fastest.
Obviously it would be the best to land on the head for instant death, but i do not know how to do acrobatics in air to control how you fall.
