• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It's a travesty that adults with zero quality of life don't have the means to a peaceful suicide. I'm not talking about people who are just a bit low but those that find life unbearable. Those who find life torturous in this day and age should be allowed a legal means of peaceful suicide, it's disgusting the situation some people are in

Yeah I agree, I mean many of these people go on to die from drugs/alcohol or food addiction anyway, why should we put them through the pain of all that just to keep family members (who are sometimes even the cause of the issues) happy for another 5 or 10 years.

I find it especially wrong when that someone has a terminal illness or are suffering from age. It's like what's the point in keeping them alive to suffer if their body is destined to give in the most horrific way.

Why not give them a choice to die in a more peaceful way without suffering to the point where they're nodding in and out of death.

Wish we had more Pegasos type places in our own country---Saw a PBS special many years ago--Doctors are right there, and the patient drinks an anti-nausea drink, then 30 minutes drinks Nembutal? looked quite quick and peaceful--In his case he had a debilitating disease, but this easy process should be open to anyone with Depression, we're all adults and our decision should be respected if we choose to CTB

I personally believe that everyone should have the right to die peacefully, even if someone is not suffering at all. None of us asked for this life in the first place and if someone simply does not want to exist then they should be able to exit peacefully. Life is completely meaningless after all and no one should be forced to live. To me it is horrifying how people have to resort to risky and painful methods, we will all die eventually someday so to me death should not be so unnecessarily awful.
