Venting Its so hard to kill yourself when you live with a lot of people

I had a partial hanging attempt in December and it almost worked but my grandmother knocked on my door when I was almost losing consciouness. I know im going to cause damage if they find me. But I feel I cant escape. I moved countries to be close to my family to recover but here I am. Im so so tired of having my pain being neglected. I want to mutilate my body just so people can see the internal pain I feel. Thanks for reading
