I hate being sober now like I just don't want it. It's all expensive.

Just using crap like food alcohol/other drugs to get by. It's expensive but I just can't.
I've coped with all the things I was taught to all the time & im at my limit. Can't do it much anymore.

This itching inside of such distaste for life is too much. I hope I can leave soon. I've had my time in life & I'm over it

I get you. I use food for comfort, energy drinks etc. But nothing is cheap in the world, its like any kind of addiction really. I have that same itch and tiredness. It's a tiredness so deep down and so intense that no amount of rest cures it.

I'm an (ex) alcoholic but I can't drink anymore due to my health. I would kill for a beer or six. I face a sober life with less than 2 hours sleep a night. I'm exhausted. Putting 5000 percent in to get 20 percent back.
I can relate I think.

Like It sucks bc compared to my friends I'm like a loser doing nothing. I'm n interested in anything anymore tho. & I'm not interested in getting back any interest tbh.
maybe if I worked it'd be better but being on disability & fixed income makes things hard enough.

I get that. My friends are married with kids, nice houses, social lives and here I am. Nothing. But I try and not compare myself to others and remmeber everyone's situation is different.
