I can't even leave my house. There's no way to ctb. I am in a chronic state of depression. It only ever gets fucking worse

I dont think it's usually fear that keeps someone locked from the rest of the world. Being depressed makes you less motivated to try or do anything including ending your life. It's a constant state of numbness and confusion.

Oh, I understand depression far too well. I am treatment resistant as they label it. My last hope is psilocybin which I am trying right now.
Have you exhausted all treatment options as well?
I hope you will find a way to stay with us.
Now I have nearly everything to ctb but I really hope I don't have to.

I wish I were successful at ctb decades ago. It really does only get worse. Even if you pull yourself up by the bootstraps and grind your way from the gutter to the middle class, they'll beat you back down.
