It never ceases to amaze me...

... How monumentally I fucked up. What disastrous mistakes I made. With the world available at your feet, you still manage to fuck it all up, and then people you trust take advantage of this and stab you in the fucking back and you don't even notice it till years later because you were so fucked up.

Of course, now I know that this happens when you have trauma since childhood building up and fucking you up. Even so, I don't think it had to be this big of a fuck up. It never ceases to amaze me.

The summer heat and the summer vibes laughing in my face fill me with rage. Rage at myself and this world. Rage enough for me to fucking jump off the fucking cliff.

I truly feel your pain dear friend. I am 65 and through all the years I have had a lot of mental health issues and trusted people who stabbed me in the back deeply to say the least and could care less except for their petty lives. YOU are a global family member and when you hurt or feel bad and/or down so do I, we are 1 here. I so agree about the darn heat, I HATE IT. I send you so many huge hugs and loving smiles as YOU are truly loved and cared about here, hands down period. I send you a cool breeze also. Walter

This life can be very cruel. There is so much potential for things to go wrong. Regret can be a very painful emotion to deal with and we are cursed with never being able to forget anything. It is why death comforts me. I wish you well, none of us deserve what pain this life has given us.
