After watching the video of the young chinese man jumping from the Qiansimen Bridge in Chongqing, I've been thinking a lot. It looked so peaceful.
He was wearing earpods of some kind and by the looks of it, he was listening to music, waiting for the perfect moment to take him home.
I've been replicating the moment in my own home, falling into my bed. I picked my favourite song/melody, put on noise cancelling earpods, waited for the big drop (in the song) and fell backwards. Been trying it many times, it feels good. Now of course I'm in the comfort of my home, obviously it's different if I was standing on a bridge. So I have implemented another step.
I added the step to make myself pass out via a breathing & hold technique around the time the big drop in the song happens and leaned backwards. I woke up in my bed ~30 seconds later into the song. I was in LaLa-land for those 30 seconds. Tried it a few times now, works perfect every single time. Now imagine actually falling like that. A lethal drop is realistically ~3-8 seconds. Won't even know what happened.
I'm still experimenting.
Let me know what you think about this method, if you have any input, pros/cons.
