Is this anchor good enough for my full suspension hanging?

It's an interior window inside the sun room.

The pink dot on the picture is where I plan to tie the rope. It's pretty high.

I'll push all furnitures close to me away so I can't reach anything to prevent me from escaping. I don't have access to any other (private) anchor honestly.

I plan to tie my hands and my legs with strong tape as well, to prevent myself from trying to climb the window's metal bars.

I'll also fast for severa days to weaken my body and lose some weight. I'm currently around 114lbs(50kg)

I'll also have privacy so that's not an issue.

What do you think? any insight?

I've seen ppl hanging themselves from simple anchor point so I would so it's good enough. Full suspension is also my method. The anchor point is different than yours though.

I honestly can not see it in enough detail to comment. There also isn't anything there to give a good size comparison of the bars. I also have no idea how well those bars are embedded or attached to the framing. A couple things to consider.
