Maybe this is overthinking but I keep thinking about the worst case scenario suicide attempt. What if you're rescued and the attempt has been incomplete but has done serious damage, is there any way to make known beforehand you do not wish to be kept alive in such a state and that it is your wish and decision to die? Is there any way to make sure your wish to die is honored?
