I was wondering if there is a pro vs con list of all the methods. Like chance of failure, chance/type of causing damage if not done right, pain, time, etc to be included.

The closest thing to that is on the lostallhope website, it's been discussed in this forum the past few days, the general consensus is that it's unreliable. There is also the PPH rating system of methods, which seems to be quite arbitrary.I don't think so, that's all individually, everyone has it's own pros and cons about each method depends on circumstances.
