Method is propranolol an ok backup method plan or no?

hi everyone, i wanna find a better method but for now ive been stockpiling propranolol to have a backup plan if i feel desperate. i have 3g and will have 4g in a few weeks. i wanna get SN but i live with my parents rn and would need to wait til i move out to order it. im not ready to die yet but im not sure how much longer i can do this and i really want something ready so i dont feel trapped being here. i know overdoses usually don't work but i also know propranolol is more lethal than other drugs. but i've seen a lot of mixed info about it though. is it even worth it to have it just as a backup or is it pointless? let me know if anyone has any info or experience with propranolol.

f is how i'd really like to die but i have no clue how to get it. sn is close second option but ofc i cant order it rn. i've thought about hanging and i know that can be pretty effective but id really struggle doing something that violent to myself and i feel so so horrible about the idea of someone finding me like that. i've thought about turning on the car in my parents garage but i know that often doesn't work w newer cars and i'd feel so worried that someone would walk in and get sick, and i really don't want my parents to be the ones to find me either. any advice would be really greatly appreciated, thank you sm

LD50 of propranolol from animal models is estimated to be around 1g per 2kg body weight. So unless you weigh <10kg, no.

I am not sure, BUT I think someone here attempted using 4g and failed.
Try to search for that thread.
Usually, OD using medicines do not work.

thank you sm for your replies. i'm devastated that the propranolol wont work i was so hopeful about it but it's better to know that it won't than to do it and just make my life worse. i'll have to find something else

wait hear me out, would snorting the propranolol make it lethal? it would make the effects happen way faster, so the bradycardia would set in harder and more suddenly, which surely could kill u?

i don't know it might, i really thought 3 or 4 grams would be lethal from the research i've done on propranolol overdoses because 2 grams is considered lethal. obviously it's not how i'd want to ideally die because it would be painful and probably take an hour or two for me to pass out but i just really want something ready if im desperate. but i dont know, i dont want to risk failing and fucking up my life even worse it's already hard enough. and i know ODs usually don't work, i just thought maybe this could be an exception because it's more lethal than a lot of other drugs, but im so scared of failing
