Is possession of SN illegal in France?

Hi.
I'm considering ordering SN again since my dad took the one I had. Does anyone know if its legal to posess in France? Last thing I want is the cops at my door.

Well, the last time I ordered I had to share my ID number on the website so they could check what they want. I've done it and they said "all good, we can now proceed your order".

Basically, you must be a professionnal customer to buy SN online on most of the website. But I think most people ordering SN aren't, so they said "OK we're loosing customers so let just check if they're 18 or more".
