I'm very skinny, 180cm and around 57kg I think, my neck is also long and skinny I already tried to tie a knot just under my jawline and pull the other extreme of the rope with my other hand and I felt very dizzy but I don't have any anchor point. could I use my door? closing so it pinches the rope, with a knot on the other side so it doesn't slide.
