Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is it just me or is anyone else here always tired too? Like legitimately sleepy tired and can fall asleep during the day easily. Even if you've slept 8, 10, 12 hours. Still tired all day but have done nothing to physically be tired.

But at night. When it's time to actually sleep. You have to do something to make yourself tired like take melatonin or unisom, sleep aids, scroll through your phone endlessly until your eyes start closing? Anything.

This has been my life for about 8 years now. I would say it's a side effect of major depressive disorder but I was diagnosed with that in 99. Maybe depression combined with age.

Who knows. I know I hate it! That I know.

If you do nothing during the day, you will feel tired.

I thought I just have a depression and therefore it is difficult for me to do anything. Then I measured my blood pressure and found that my pulse was at 42 several times.

I always feel very tired but I certainly cannot fall asleep at any time of the day. I wish that I could do that. It would make existence more bearable for me. I often end up staying up too late, unable to sleep. It usually takes a long time for me to fall asleep. But only death will bring relief from the tiredness that I feel.

Sounds like textbook depression to me, but I think it can also be affected by things like medications and seasonal affective disorder (SAD) or a circadian rhythm problem besides. When I struggle with this, I use lightboxes in the morning and blue light filters at night. It's not a dramatic effect, but it seems to help. I have BP II, and some psychiatrists recommend strict regulation of the circadian rhythm to prevent mood swings. The science is new, but it's cheap and harm free (unless you overdo it on the blue lights for years on end).
