Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

How the hell are we supposed to get better without anyone to help? People, the environment, the system—they bring us to the point where we want to kill ourselves and expect us to get out of it alone. We need help, real help. Not just words or therapy, but a diverse group of people to support us, from family and friends to the state, everything. Does anyone know of a case of someone who managed to heal completely alone? It seems that suicide is the only cure for people like us who don't have anyone to help.

it probably depends on why you want to end it all. at the end of the day it's because we feel trapped in one way or another, but every trap who has an escape has a different one. it's probably something about having the luck to get in an upward spiral, tho it feels that it's getting harder each and everyday (as in "the world is litteraly getting worse everyday imo", alongside "everyday you are depressed you lose more and more hope for a recover") and some get the luck to get put on the upward spiral by someone or something. tho it depends on where you start from and what you're able to do atm.

whether or not we want to admit it, luck is a strong factor in everything

This world is too rotten and it's really getting worse, and luck is truly the only hope for improvement, you're right. The problem is that depending on extremely low luck only makes us stay in this world and suffer even more.

we still are able to increase the chances ! but it is getting harder with each new day. Acknowledging that there is a problem is a starting point

The problem is the world, that's the problem. Unfortunately, we can't fix the world, if our minds are too weak to handle the world's problems, then it's all over.

you can run from this capitalist world to go into more sovereign countries, where the people are actually treated as such. some people are happy without having a lot, maybe we just are brainwashed to think having a lot is good, so we work our asses off and watch people with more than us. but maybe the answer is to move to somewhere where it's the people that produce for the people, and where the community is really a community, and one is happy because he sewed a cute dress, or built a nice looking barbecue, or for fishing a bigger fish than last time.
I'm no communist but capitalism fucked our brains wall-e style

It's complicated to do anything when you're already so broke, especially traveling. Plus, people always seem to already have their groups formed, and they won't accept an outsider. I'm a communist, but at the same time, I don't believe that human beings can achieve an equitable society; human nature doesn't allow it. The vast majority of humans can only love or care for their family and friends. There's only a few amount of people that will care and have empathy for strangers.

we will never achieve equitable *society*, but small communities that take care of each other do exist, although there are not frequent, and i admit that being a stranger can get hard there, as always it's all luck ig. Us the younger ones are losing the ability to trust and love, even when it's about friends and family (a lot of betrayal in today's world...)

yep, unfortunately, 90% of humans will keep suffering for the 10% live a happy life, until a massive extinction comes and stop all the suffering.

better to CTB then to hope of finding communities like this, it's nearly impossible.

I think it's definitely possible but just extremely difficult. At the end of the day you are the only person that can truly save yourself. Even if you had access to every possible form of help and had a good support system that would all be useless if you were unwilling to even try to help yourself.

i don't know if is really possible, some situations can't just be solved without proper help.
At the end of the day you are the only person that can truly save yourself.
that's the problem, i can't save my self on my own but i'm willing to get help but there's no one that can truly helps me.
Yes we are 😞
It's sad that we gotta be in this situation. Better Never to Have Been.

it's true, but how can someone be willing to save themself when it seems everything's fucked? it's improbable (not impossible i must admit) to get this kind of motivation or whatever you call it out of thin air and/or with difficulties to see anything to hold onto.
i kind of see your point but it's always easier to climb a moutain with rocks to grab
