Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you are not heard or found and pulled down, and if the support to tie to does not fail, it seems that this method might work every time- it seems like it might be the most reliable method.

Just making sure that the anchor and the rope don't break and that no one hears you or otherwise discovers you- if there are other things that can go wrong I can't think of them at this time. I suppose a badly tied knot or a rope that doesn't slide easily could keep the rope or other material from closing up tight enough.
It is a reliable method among others but it is probably the easiest one to perform. You need no special skills or equipment. I guess therefore hanging is the most popular method to commit suicide.

In my try I passed out but woke up gasping for air in a desperate way so I climbed back to the chair, it was horrible and I have no idea why it happened but I'm trying again

That sound normal- it is reliable but horrible and terrifying- I think what you described is how it normally goes, and then it takes while to close off the airway- it can be ten minutes or longer of sheer terror. That's why people want more peaceful methods.

I agree with exactly what someone123 said. If the rope or support doesn't break and nobody, including yourself, manages to get you down then you will not live.

Yeah. It definitely isn't for the faint of heart. Even if you go for a full drop to make it an instant death from snapping the neck it would take a ton of fortitude to carry that out. If you simply step off of a platform and just dangle it would not only hurt but like you said you could be there for minutes thrashing around with your whole body weight on your neck.
