Help Is BM a reliable source for SN?

I've found a website where you can order SN pretty cheap, it looks like pure SN and it says the cleanliness is 99%, although I'm not sure if that refers to the purity. The website has the initials BM. I'm wondering if anyone here knows if it's trustworthy? I've seen the initials mentioned a few times on this forum but I want to be sure.
