Discussion Is anyone else addicted to energy drinks?

Title. I love monster and redbull

Ive had a few, the ghost brand made me feel like I was going to have a heart attack. Redbull is nice, though. I can see why someone would drink it, especially with ice.

Everytime i drink one i feel normal. Not tired or bored. Able to fully focus. It makes me want more and often. So i rarely drink them. Already fell for a trap like that.

I switched to caffeine pills, feel like they work for longer.

I wouldn't say addicted, but I usually have a stash of them. Especially before workout it's nice to have one. But only sugar-free ones for me!

Energy drinks seem great, but there are none with a flavor that I would like. I like things that do not taste too intense; something refreshing instead of it tasting like a juice or punch. An energy drink that tastes like an isotonic drink would be nice if it exists.

Yes, I always drink the redbull sugarfree or the cherry Sakura edition

I switch between redbull and iced coffee/cold brew depending on if i want bitter or sweet

I think 50% of my bloodstream is Diet Coke, no energy drinks though.
