Help Is another knot in the noose knot necessary to prevent it from unraveling after kicking/getting up from the chair?

I'm afraid that the knot where it will be on the neck (Noose Knot) will come undone, is an extra knot needed or is everything ok? Is there anything/some things we should take care of before kicking/getting down from the chair?
