I'm a guy, 170cm tall (5.6 feet) and I weigh about 70kg (154 pounds). Would 20g be a good dose of SN for me or do you think I should take less (but not too little to die) or more (but not so much that it increases my risk of vomiting)?

The lethal dose is 10 g. But it´s recommended to use 20-25 g.
