I understand that it has more barrier to entry, but if tens of millions of heroin users can figure it out, surely the smart people of this forum can as well? I'm just wondering why this is not more promoted. You can purchase medical grade supplies from pharmacies under the guise of being diabetic and practice with saline / distilled water right?
