I'm bad again, feels like shit because it's hot too and I hate hot weather, and somehow all of my problems feel like heat on my skin and it's unbearable and unescapable.
I thought about having a friend for coffee to tell her I'm in pain, I've never talked to her about this stuff but I figured either she can help or at least someone else know my story. Unfortunately she couldn't come, hope we can meet eventually though, the loneliness is killing me and I really need help.
Also made peace with killing myself if it comes to that, there will be no grief nor guilt from me, I just need to rethink a method and also wait for cold weather.
