So I went on Instagram yesterday. I follow pretty much just cute dogs and music accounts. I've managed to make it a safe place for myself with nothing that can trigger me. I had to delete tiktok and Twitter case they always make me angry. But since yesterday all the ads are for mental health apps and dating apps. I'm just trying to distract myself and stupid Instagram is constantly reminding me I'm alone and messed up in the head.

You can maybe try to use the browser version of IG in combination with some adblocks like ublock, should remove those ads.
