In my dreams I've already killed myself

I used to have suicide dreams years ago. I don't remember anything specifically but now I just like don't dream. Im sure I do and I just don't remember it or whatever. Sleep for me is just feeling everything black out or whatever then I'm awake and I guess it's been 8 hours haha. My subconscious probably shot itself too much and now I'm dead over there in Dreamworld. Maybe I like sleep so much because it's easy to feel dead idk

I quite regularly dream I commit suicide. My therapist says they sound distressing but I think the opposite
