My home is like a trash can.
Everything is a mess, and I can't take care of it anymore. Three days ago, I managed to do the dishes. I was proud of myself, but now I have to do everything again.
I also have to wash my hair, which is greasy, but I don't have the energy.
The only thing I can still do is feed the cats/clean the litter box because my cats don't have to suffer because of me.
Today, I didn't eat anything because my stomach hurts from the anxiety.
My neighbor wants to come over in two days because she's bored being alone at home. I don't know what to do. I don't want her to come, and don't want to upset her.
How do you find the strength when things are not going well at all?
