Currently I am trying to live and no longer actively suicidal but this is one of the few spaces where I just don't feel as alone.

Haven't been on in a bit.

Lets just say that today was a longish day? But it wasn't horrible or anything just... hard. For all the stupid fucking trauma response reasons.

Why does it hurt to be loved.. why do I feel so unworthy.

Why do I feel so alone

Why is it so hard to love myself.


Just.... why... maybe this is a bit of a rant or smthin but im both healing and hurting.

Happy to hear you are doing well on your recovery! These feelings come and go, they are not there to stay. Accept them for the moment and know that they will pass on soon enough. They are not true either, although I know how feelings will try to convince you they are. Just by being you, you are worthy. :)
